Access to Bankruptcy Court held its 2022 Hon. Marci B. McIvor Annual Fundraiser on September 29, 2022, at the Pavilion at the Detroit Athletic Club. Approximately 90 members of the local bankruptcy bench and bar enjoyed a fun evening of networking with friends and colleagues. We were once again fortunate to have excellent weather given the time of year. 

The 2022 McIvor fundraiser raised approximately $40,000 for ABC, a new record for the event. Such funds will be used to provide experienced bankruptcy counsel, free of charge, to low-income individuals who reside in the Eastern District of Michigan and who are in need of the fresh start that bankruptcy can provide.
